Hi, I'm Radwa, a Senior Product Manager.
I'm a product manager at Cloudflare, working on AI and application security. For the last few years I've built machine-learning detection, AI security, and analytics products.
I trained as an engineer, so I'm happy in the technical detail. Most of my job is deciding what to build, keeping engineering and design in sync, and making sure what we ship is clear enough to actually use.
When I'm not working, I'm usually with my family, travelling, or spending time on my writing and photography. I'm always picking up some new hands-on hobby -- lately diamond painting and jigsaw puzzles -- and I spend a fair bit of time chasing good coffee and pastries around London.
Some things I've helped ship.
A few projects I've led at Cloudflare. Each one links to a write-up on the Cloudflare blog.
Machine-learning detection in the Cloudflare WAF
Led the launch of an in-house ML model that catches new and zero-day attacks without waiting for a signature.
Read the write-up ->Firewall for AI
Launched a new product that secures LLMs and detects abuse: it finds public LLM endpoints and adds prompt safety checks across 13 categories.
Read the write-up ->Security Analytics
Launched a detection-first analytics experience so customers could see suspicious requests they had never blocked before.
Read the write-up ->Detecting the Ivanti zero-day before disclosure
Our ML model flagged Ivanti Connect Secure exploitation before the vulnerability was made public.
Read the write-up ->Inline content scanning for malware
Took content scanning to general availability with logging, analytics, and support for much larger files.
Read the write-up ->Account takeover and password reuse
Launched detection for leaked credentials and account takeover, then analysed what the data showed about password reuse across millions of logins.
Read the write-up ->Where I've worked.
Over 9 years across engineering, delivery, and product. I started on the technical side, then moved into product.
